Green Detox Smoothie
Wow, it feels so great to be home.
I cherish green smoothies,but this one might be one of my new top choices. It is sweet and basic, but packed with all sorts of healthy goodness that I loved. No arm-twisting necessary to enjoy this green smoothie for a meal!
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups solidified diced pineapple
3 cups crisp infant spinach
1 cups frozen diced banana
1 celery rib (optional)
1 Tbsp. ground fresh ginger (begin with less and add more whenever wanted)
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
juice from a large portion of a lime
DIRECTIONS:
Join all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Include a little water or juice if necessary to help the blender to mix.
Simple But Effective. KP slims it down.
